Kelly is always patient and provides high quality services. Her professionalism is very impressive. There are variety of glasses in the store. The glasses we purchased are very nice and durable. Highly recommend the store!

This place has horrible customer service and overpriced frames. The staff are very arrogant and bad tempered all the time. I am going back to pick up my returned glasses because my previous pair was sabotaged. They messed up my prescription( my assumptions are on purpose) and i had a headache for the whole day. I feel that they owe me something like a free pair of glasses or something of the sort. However i never want to go back to the shop again. The atmosphere is horrible, staff son't know how to treat their customers and will even gossip. I went to empire optical after returning a pair from noble, only to realize they had the same owner. The staff from noble rushed into the shop and started talking with the lady helping me. They spoke in a different language thinking i don't understand, funny enough i do and i was not pleased with it. However only this store had the pair of glasses i was looking for so it was too late to back out. But it's not too late for you, if you're thinking of buying your glasses in any of the 2 shops, i recommend you to not. They don't deserve your money and time. Extremely disappointed in these shops and i will surely never visit again. i wish for a zero stars option, just for this store.
