I'll never understand why the rudest and nastiest people have customer service jobs... How are u a nasty receptionist??? If the receptionist is nasty and short, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. This is a huge no thanks! Please stop taking customer service jobs if you are not friendly or hate your job...or u can just keep losing customers.

I have been going to Black & White for six years to get my glasses & they have always been professional & timely. My most recent visit, last week, I needed my glasses back within a week (I'll be going out of town) and they got them ready in 2 days! I am very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend 10/10!

Been coming to this place for years, they have gotten slower but also busier. I always break my glasses but i also have 20 pair of cheap frames that i bring in to have lenses put into. The people there are so friendly and helpful. I dont know If they read their messages but i hope they get this one. You guys are great but please take more time to welcome each guest and just take a day of talking about how to run an affective business to your employees. We customers are the income and although we spend our money and want to support you. We will go other places if we feel.uncomfortable, not noticed ,spoken harshly to, ignored or uncared for. So please work on customer service. Its is important just like having good reviews on the internet is important now days. Love you guys stay well

Good service. The guy that helped me pick out my glasses was really nice. The staff seemed friendly. Though they seem like they were busy, I still got out of there quickly.
