He was the most rude person I have ever met! So ignorant and he wanted to charge triple for contacts. When I walked out I told him he was rude (he didn't even look at me). I also told him I was going to post this message. Please do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Very rude this man. Awful. He's a piece of work. Thank goodness we could work out an appointment

CAlled to see availability, very very very rude. Wouldn't say if had openings unless divulged personal info, can't imagine them treating customers/patients right

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! This guy is not professional. He charges double and provides a less than standard service. He doesn't like to make eye contact when explaining things and repeatedly avoids answering very specific questions regarding my prescription. His selection of frames is dated and not very good. He also likes to take money from people on income assistance, even for services he did not provide. I do feel he had maybe started off with good intentions but handled things poorly. I felt bad for him but issues with prescriptions should not be spent at the customers expense. Had I gone somewhere else, like a bigger company, there is more accountability and trial contacts are free. He started yelling at me on the phone when I asked, again, why he is giving me the same contact lenses for each eye that has different prescription. Instead of avoiding the question as he did before, he yelled at me saying if I don't trust him we can cancel the order and he will give me some of my money back. I also ordered glasses and would of used the money I paid for contacts for the glasses but after being yelled at just asking about my prescription? NOPE. I paid 3 weeks ago for contacts. He doesn't like to call when things arrive, you need to call him and be on top of things. I only have a trial pair since last week and he hasn't even has the order sent yet. I called him Friday morning. he ignored my call and did not bother calling me back. He doesn't work on the weekend. So I called him Monday and he clearly already had my message. I like supporting the little business over corporate ones, but there is no accountability and he has poor customer service, way over priced and is not thorough. I now have to take him to small claims court. he called the police when I went in which was a waste of everyones time as this is not a criminal case (although his service is fraud and he practically robbed me and my family). Now I have to waste more time to get my money back and also go somewhere else. I also may not be able to use my coverage as I am only covered for 1 exam every 2 years and I wasted it one this guy. He also is not even the guy that does the exam. Some other 3rd party does it. Not impressed. Go at your own risk. Also I have glasses from him from 2 years ago that have no scratch resistance or anti glare/reflection and at that price I paid, had I gone to New Look, I would have had all those features on my lenses. If you are on a budget and don't have time to waste, AVOID.

During negotiation, this guy can get annoyed and yelling "I am going to call police".
