Left a deposit and the lady said she will process everything when the full amount is paid. Something came up where I could not continue payments, when I asked for money back she said there's a no refund policy. Tbe receipt states that I would not get a refund if the order has already been placed. The lady pointed to signs and puts it in to her own words that I would not be able to get the money back but I can use it as credit. No. the order wasn't placed and I want my money back. I'm trying to locate someone at the very top so I can get some answers because it doesn't make sense to me.

I ll give them a star for been friendly staff but that’s a scam in itself if u come to think of it THEIRSERVICE SUCKS AND I COULD NOT SEE WELL WITH THOSE freaking GLASSES THEY are also very pushy WHEN YOU TELL EM ITS OK NO I DONT. THEY KEEP INSISTING RIGHT NOW IM STILL HAVING A HARD TIME WRITING THIS NOTE And they don’t give a hood they just want your money S as that!

this is the worst place don't let any of your parents go to this horrible place, they took advantage of my father by selling him a pair of glasses for 1,200 when it retails $300, also they push him to sign up for a credit card so he can get those glasses stay away from this place, spread the word. very bad people in this place. if i can give a 0 star I would.

i bought my glases on january almost february and today september 10 2015 my glases are broken from the side and they told me that the warranty it doesnt cover broken frames .... they didnt told me that when i bought them... and they try to sell me another frame for 100 dollars ...they slogan saids lowest price guarante but is not is one of the most expensive places to get glases
