This Walmart has always been one of my favorite stores. The staff always nice and friendly. The Door greeters are the best part. I used to work there in the back before the add on to the store.

What happened to Wal-Mart? This location in particular. The shelves are always bare with loads of stock in the back. If you ask for something they either tell you they do or don't have it depending on who you ask (even though it says online it's in stock). You're lucky to find someone that will show you where an item is. Whoever is managing this store should be turfed. I'll drive the extra distance to Superstore from now on.

While I truly appreciate the prompt attention and help from staff in time of my mother’s medical emergency in this Walmart yesterday, I am NOT impressed that they returned all the school supplies from my cart overnight due to rules about not keeping anything on overnight basis. I truly understand that that would’ve been necessary say I had forgotten my wallet or something and hadn’t returned the same day, but my Mom was having cardiac problems and I needed to care for her!! Come on! You think maybe in these types of circumstances you can make an exception to the rule!? Now I have to start ALL OVER again and I assure you, it won’t be here. I’m beyond frustrated.

Found a promotional item that gave me a free session at the photo studio. Appointment arrives and we have to wait an extra 30 minutes while a bunch of passport photo customers are ushered through. After the session we can't see our photos because their system is down for maintenance. Make an appointment for a few days later. Got there and the system is still down. They claimed they left a voicemail telling me about the system but I received nothing. Make another appointment for the next week. Turns out we weren't going to be able to make it so I called to no answer and left a message. Called again the next morning, they hadn't received the message (fair enough, I should have tried again the previous night). Book the viewing for later in the day. Arrive to discover they had booked the wrong time, a time I could not book because I was at work. Cut my losses and won't be coming back. Seems like the majority of the photo studio staff are incompetent.
