Nice selection of frames and Excellent customer service. The whole experience was very easy and fun. I would recommend friends and family to go there.

I stopped by to have a quick look at their selection of a couple brands. The staff didn't seem very mature nor professional. They gossiped loudly the whole time I was a there. The only lady who did offer to help me, watched over my shoulder the whole time, making it extremely uncomfortable. Not a very positive approach to customer service. Also, most of the items seemed like they were secondhand.

Terrible experience! The price changed 3 times for the same pair of glasses due to our of stock frame, lenses and discount not been applicable after the price been agreed. I ordered the original Ray Ban lenses, so according to the customer service girl I should also take with me the regular lenses the frame comes with. She put the lenses in the package but when we went to pick the glasses up the lenses disappeared. How convenient . Oh, I almost forgot. The girl taking measurements of my face was making fun of my eye brows not been straight . Never ever again!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They sale insurance without telling you. That's illegal but there it seems like a normal practice as there were two more clients complaining about the same. Pathetic Cusomer service and they rob you. So you decide.

Do yourself a favour and don’t go to West Edmonton lensCrafter. I called in less than 3weeks after i got my pair of glasses from this store to complain about scratches on the lens and they were extremely rude on the phone and not willing to help. The Store manager was very very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for Lethbridge LensCrafter address on the phone and she told me she does not know the address. I even mentioned to her to asked her other colleagues in the office may be if any of them knows Lethbridge address. While she was still on the phone and without her making any effort to ask her colleagues, She said NO to me. Going to this LensCrafter is a waste of time.
