I've been going to this lenscrafters for over 10 years. They are always friendly, and willing to help you regardless of where you've purchased your eye wear. The only downside I've experienced is the removal of 1hr glasses; I've a horrible prescription and yet they always managed to get me my glasses in that 1hr time frame. Now it can take weeks as they have to order the lenses in. Past 4 pairs of glasses I've purchased there have averaged 8 days turn around. Just wish they'd bring the in- store labs back as they used to be.

Service has been excellent when dealing with the two older gentlemen. Only reason why it’s 2 stars and not 1. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was absolutely poor and shady. My partner had a sudden change in prescription in her vision and we were looking to get her updated lenses. We only recently purchased glasses from them back in January. We simply asked for a quote for new lenses and the lady asked for our insurance and information and took off. She came back with a $299 direct bill charge and made a fuss when we told her to reverse the charge and that we simply wanted a quote and lense options... Coincidently enough, the charge for new lenses was the maximum amount we could claim on insurance. Absolute rip off considering we purchased Burberry frames and lenses from them and it came to a total of $429. I’ll be filing a complaint with my insurance company for malpractice and to ensure the charge didn’t go through. Needless to say, we went through another business and received high index Essilor lenses for $150. If you’re buying glasses here only deal with the older gents!

Absolutely incredible service, the people from every step from the optometrist next door to the individual processing payment when you pick up your glasses are friendly, very knowledgeable and actually listen to the customer. I was so happy with the experience.
