I’m sure the doctors are great there, however, their receptionists or whoever answers the phone is completely clueless. I was put on hold as soon as my call was answered for 10 minutes, when I hung up and phoned back, someone answered not with “hello” but with “thank you for holding”. Okay then... When I proceeded to tell him I have an appointment on Saturday for an eye exam and I need to know if they can direct bill to my insurance provider, I was then asked how long it’s been since my last eye exam. Why does that matter? All in all, I cancelled my appointment.

Recently moved my very senior relatives account over to this location from Market Mall to make getting in and out easier for them. The eye doctor who does the exams cannot accommodate any more than 3 people waiting and certainly not a walker. They had a young man learning to put in contact lenses at a small cramped table attempting to do it - in front of those waiting. It has been over 2 weeks now and we haven't heard anything. I called once and was asked by the man who answered if I could call back in 30 minutes as he was busy. I called again the next day to be asked by the woman who answered if I could call back she was just with someone. I just want the glasses that are paid for and will not bother.

We've been dealing with Afshin Farzad for a few years now and he's been nothing short of a very caring, smart and an expert optician. If you want to get honest, quality service go see him. I also appreciate that he does a good job fitting glasses and telling the customer honestly what the specs are and what's good/ bad. Thanks Afshin!
