This is the first time I have patronized InVision. I had purchased glasses from The Spectacle Shoppe on and off throughout the years and needed a new pair. After perusing their offerings and not finding anything to my liking, my friend and I decided to give InVision a go since it was in the neighborhood. Honestly, I was not in much of a mood, my dog had died two days prior, and my friend was trying to take my mind off of the loss. The first thing I noticed was a sign on the door welcoming dogs. I immediately perked up. Even if I didn't find anything I liked, I made a mental note to try again later. I love that they are dog-friendly. We walked in and were greeted warmly, but no one pounced on us, which I appreciated. As I half-heartedly scanned their frames, Sue from InVision, came up to let us know that she was there should we have any questions or need anything. Soon thereafter, she, my friend and I were inspecting the large variety of frames. Sue was so helpful and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure. Within no time, we found the right frames. I'm not going to lie, they are expensive. However, I cannot wear contacts so I have to wear glasses all the time. It's important to me that I find the right pair that has character. I will pay for quality and uniqueness, which is exactly what I received. I dropped by today to collect my glasses. A young woman was there holding the resident Chihuahua. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Although she was on the phone, she greeted me warmly and assisted me as soon as she was finished with the client on the phone. She, like Sue, was terrific. I will definitely be returning to InVision on Grand. Great experience! Thanks so much to the wonderful staff!

Phenomenal customer service. Picking out the perfect pair was a treat. When my glasses broke, the customer service was exemplary! They had my glasses repaired and mailed back to me in a timely fashion. Very impressed.

Love, love this store. This was my first experience with prescription eye glasses and sunglasses. Natasha was fun and amazing and helped me ease into this new change in my life. We found some beautiful glasses (progressives) and some super fun funky sunglasses that I just love. I would highly recommend them. Take it from me, don't just be satisfied with the glasses at your eye doctor's office. Come to Invision. You won't regret it!

InVision is my go-to eye-wear store. All of their frames are not only unique, trendy, and interesting, but they also withstand the test of time. I have purchased several frames here and always receive compliments on them. Unlike other corporate-chain eyeglass stores, I have never been pressured to buy something I don't love. All the staff, especially Darcy, possess a wonderful balance of salesmanship, honesty, and patience. Coming into InVision, whether to purchase new frames or simply to refill a bottle of lens cleaner, is always a positive experience.
