Good customer service, but prices are extremely high. If you are looking only for lenses the cheapest one is around $230. I already have a new frame and just wanted to get the lenses changed. If you already have your measurements and visited a good optometrist I suggest going online to shop for eyeglasses. Simple lenses like the ones I need are only around $19 (they are already making a profit). I don't see why paying 10 times more. And always buy the frame and lenses together as it will be really hard to find a place that will change the lenses of your frame for a fair price.

Great service from Pearle Vision. Tarbinder was very friendly with great suggestive selling experience and found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend and will be returning for future visits.

I have been buying from Pearle vision Market mall for years. I always buy a regular prescription glass and then a second pair of prescription sunglasses. I have always got the original Ray ban glasses packed in my pouch just in case i need it for when i wear my contacts. This time in Chinook centre, I made the purchase and they shipped it to Market mall. I picked up my sunglasses yesterday and i was surprised to see the original glasses missing in my pouch. When i asked the stafff, they called chinook and apparently was told that the original glasses from Ray ban would not be provided to me at Chinook. I would like to know why. I have paid for the ray ban glasses and in case i wear contacts, i would like to get the original glasses back on my Ray ban. UPDATE:: The manager from Chinook called me and have given me the lenses for the sunglasses. Thank you so much.

They were really nice. The service was professional. The prices for lenses and frames are really affordable. They have a wide variety of brands and they have multiple upgrades towards your lens. They also have transition lens if you are looking for one. Each staff knows very well about the info of the product their selling. They are also very welcoming to new costumers and they have great deals during promotional seasons. Give them a visit and you will have a great time. Kaitlyn is also one of the associate there. She has a great sense of humor, she is also very approachable and she can help with you anything. She was the one that helped me get my glasses. She helped me decided on what glasses that I should get because I couldn't decide between two different glasses. Like I said give them a visit don't hesitate to ask them anything.

They are patient. Good price when you get their deals. Sometimes it gets too busy and they can't help everyone imidiatly . So you may have to wait a little bit.
