I love this location. I buy my glasses from here every year. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks for all your help.

I had a very unprofessional encounter with Laura. First of all, I ordered my first pair of glasses at this location. Granted, I understand Calgary was hot with a snowstorm and I gave the store the benefit of the doubt that they will give me back my glasses as Pauline left a voicemail that my glasses are granted to arrive within 3 business days of being late. Sadly, this was not the case and Laura during the time of my enncounter did not even apologized and at the time I felt like she could not even careless stating that “it’s out of their hands because something happened in their lab.” I would not recommend this store to anyone if possible and I will be looking forward to getting my refund pretty soon. PS: My glasses is taking a month now to arrive.

The service was excellent and I can’t thank them enough for helping me with my selection. I really appreciate the follow up after making sure I was happy and everything is going well with my glasses.

Very horrible customer service! They accuse people of stealing with no proof and make their customers feel belittled. I thought going to a store you're supposed to be taken care of and helped but no the customers were treated like theives when all they were dokng was shopping. ☹ SHAME ON YOUR HURTFUL RACIST EMPLOYEES! Taking my business where me & my family will be treated with respect! Lost alot of business now!

I order d glasses over a month ago. Sadly the machine broke down, and there was a delay in fulfilling my order. No worries. When I got the glasses, there was fracture lines in most of the glasses. The service in store was incredibly slow, and I’m a very patient person. The glasses got sent back to the lab. There was another equipment delay. Again, when the glasses did come, there fracture lines. The staff at the front desk didn’t handle the glasses well enough, which may have caused the fracture. Back to the lab they went. Another call was made to notify me of the equipment delay. I appreciated the call to notify me of the delay. The staff at the southcentre mall aren’t too friends, with the exception of Jovy. I got the feeling I was an inconvenience, despite my high tolerance and easy going nature. I’m also in customer service. I will never buy glasses here again. I have had previously great experiences at this store, but now I’m going to take my money somewhere else.
