Francis is awesome! He helped me with my exchange and honoured the discount that was on the first pair purchased for me as a gift. While that is pretty great, he was patient, helpful, and accommodating. Appreciate it Francis!

Super friendly staff. Bought a pair of sunglasses a year ago, noticed some spots on the lens recently, the staff member took 5-10 minutes to clean them and made sure I left happy! Super impressed with their service level. Will definitely buy there again

I was in before 11am on Saturday, August 11th to get a pair of clubmasters fixed — I assumed I would have to A) Pay and B) Leave them there or send them away. NOPE. The person who was working took them and started working away while chatting with me and my Mom. My Mom started telling me about my Dad's broken Maui Jims and how he was going to try taking them to an eye doctor. After the ray-bans were fixed (maybe three minutes), he told us that Maui Jim had a centre in Ontario and gave her a box that was already addressed for her to send the sunglasses away. Again, no charge for that. Super friendly, tons of information, and never condescending. Really enjoyed our visit here and we didn't even buy anything new!
