What helpful people. Having moved to British Columbia recently, I needed to do so much and having to shop for your whole life is difficult all at once. I came into lenscrafters, I got a great sales lady who got things done fast and affordable. Thank you!

This year would be my 4 th pair of eye glasses from Surrey/ Guildford location. In 2014 I used to see a young man who happened to move to pursue further education etc. Met with the manager. He needed his sale for the month and with back to school promo he was generous to give his F&F disc. 10% extra the. Promo it did make a difference in making a descion while choosing different package. This year. All new staff on board. Poor service. While we understand F&F is not available which is understandable, how would a $550 same package and frame price Jump to $750+ I could not understand nor the CSR on site could tell and no one was borthered to give a break down in pricers. Since current glasses was giving issues and was leaving country, was promised the turn around time of a week as frame was in house. My local and usa number was taken. I waited till sat am no call to say glasses were done. I was told I was yo pick at lens crafters in states. Few days passed called surrey on a Monday. Staff informed glasses came on previous Friday. No one called me for pick up. Then assured will ship on Tuesday. Come Wednesday I called. Kiran I formed glasses at store for pick up. This made me very upset. Lack of service And false promises when my Fiancé went to talk to manager, he lied that that he shipped the glasses last week. Yet Sam couldn’t locate the tracking number. Later after much insisting now it’s Friday. Manager Sam found the tracking number and that stated package was shipped . I just checked on line and found item was shipped on Friday last week. and it’s going to be at destination in my states -INDY in another 10 days. While Iam again on road not home to receive. 😡😡😡😡. I saw another customer who had similar service given to him and about lies. Non of these individuals working there have any credibility of the job they are doing. I will advice every one to ask for a proper break down and get in written what each item they are charging for as the bills come over $1000 and they offer 40% to make it look good on receipt for things one may not need. Check the frames they sell for over $400 on clearly contacts. They are darn decent even with paying for lenses. So much of inconvenience and utter lies. If it was going to be a pain for the company to ship. He should have informed me and I would have made my own arrangements. They are not busy and yet with 4 staff on site they couldn’t make a call to their customers to have item pick up. I paid over $650 for this pair. This is my last visit to this location. Unprofessional and they all stand in corners and talk down on potential customers. I would recommend ppl to stop by at the new optical store on HWY/ panorama location. I will continue to see Dr, Rick Wong but would not step foot in this crappy store, where one feels unwelcome and ppl treat you like you are a bother to them. 😡😡😡

Went to get a $99 deal from LensCrafters until my extended benefits renewed. The sales person had an attitude and was condescending. I could hear other sales people telling customers they would get their glasses in an hour and I would need to wait for the next day. I did ask about this and they were able to do it in an hour however they decided not to offer me this service. To be fair the manger Sam offered to give me eyeglass cleaner. I respectfully decided not to take it.

I came into the store today to inquire about lenses that I should have recived with my purchase of sunglasses over a year and a half ago. I spoke with the manager Sam Vadivelu, who had a disgusting attitude. He told me that he had called us multiple times to come pick up the lenses which was a blatant lie. He then proceeded to eat a granola bar in our face with a “ I don’t care “ look on his face as he told us to “ go back to the white rock store” we have previously visited. If you go in, I would not recommended dealing with Sam, his unprofessional and disrespectful attitude makes him unbearable to work with and makes your entire LensCrafters experience horrible. If you are purchasing and expensive pair of glasses, I wouldn’t recommend working with him as he will most likely scam you. He threw the lenses that we PAID money for in the garbage. Horrible Manager and person. If you go in I would recommend working with Mike, who is better at dealing with these situations.

They might have some deals for $$, but they are not on top of things they should do or know.
