I’ve been doing business with America’s best for about 4-5 years. Previously at the Spokane, WA location where I never had any problems. I went to the Lynnwood location. Everything was fine up until they went to put the new lenses into my old frames. They broke the frames when they were forcing the lenses out of them. Told me they broke it, then back peddled and told me that I broke them after that. I’m pretty sure I would have noticed a big crack and piece sticking out of my glasses next to my eye. They told me I would personally have to pay for a new pair of frames even though I was not the one who broke them. I’m unbelievably upset

I wish I could give these ppl a 0!!!!! HORRIBLE and I HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband n I went there to get his glasses, we walked through the door and all the Repts were sitting there talking with each other no one acknowledged us, not even a "Hello can I/we help you"? Nothing!!!! absolutely nothing!!!!! That's really bad a mean, come on guys you ppl giving the company a really bad name. And to be honest I was really saddened by this so out of curiosity I read y'all reviews only to discover that am not the only one with this same complaint! Come on better is needed!!!!

I was scared cause of the reviews. I just came from Texas where the America’s best is one of the nicest and best places to go. After going in and talking with Jen I had a great quick and productive experience! So glad that I didn’t experience any of the things said in the negative reviews. Jen was very helpful quick and efficient! Coming back soon!

The reviews scared me but I was desperate after my glasses broke. But the whole experience was pleasantly surprising. Everyone there was very nice and I didn't sit and wait to be talked to or helped for more than 5 minutes. I was very early for my apointment tho, about an hour. After i checked in I went next door and did some grocery shoppong. I came back at the time of my opointment and was almost immediately called to get my eyes checked. $69.95 for 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam is hard to beat. Overall very satisfied and the staff were very fun to talk to.

I didn't have any real issues with my visit. It's super cheap and the staff was friendly. I think people are just being snobby. Ugh...Yelpers.
