Quick service, 1 hr turn around time was excellent. Good selection at good prices. The staff were friendly, and not to pushy when they tried to upsell various lens coatings. Would recommend.

Amazing service! I am young, broke and don't have insurance so finding a great deal plus incredible service don't usually go hand in hand. I scheduled an eye Dr. appointment with the clinic across the hall with Dr. Chathan, he was lovely and gave awesome advice then while I was waiting for my pupils to dilate he suggested I go to Lenscrafters now, find the glasses I wanted to get and buy them so I could have them ordered before my appointment was even finished. I did just that, I went over, helped right away by a really lovely sales associate, picked up two frames to get one regular pair and one sunglasses pair and it was under $230 for two new pairs of glasses including lenses. Then I went back to the Dr. to finish the exam and by the time I was done my glasses were already done and good to go! I was truly blown away and I recommend anyone to go here! Even if you're young and broke, wait for a sale like I did and go!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service! I’ve always used LensCrafters and this location is superb. I broke my glasses (someone sat on them) and was in desperate need of new frames. I went to another store prior and they simply told me they don’t carry the exact same frames, so they couldn’t use my perfectly good lenses and couldn’t help. After that bad experience, I decided to try this location because I’d had great service here before and honestly felt like they would find a solution. And they did!! Right away Jaz asked me if I needed any help and I told her my situation and she said she’d try to help me find frames that were similar to my old ones so we could reuse my old lenses. Just her willingness to help made a massive customer experience difference!! And not only did she try and help, but she succeeded and we were able to use my old lenses in new frames. That saved me so much money and time, and I can see!! So, thank you!! I’ll only be going to this location from now on for all my vision needs. I am so so happy with the customer service experience I had with Jaz. :)

Rude staff, very poor service. Would never use them again.

I am very disappointed with the lenses that were installed in my Persol frames. The lenses are too small, causing the frames to squeak when held. I went back to the store, they came to have fixed it, and the problem returned again. They said "there was no issue with the lenses falling out" but they clearly do not fit. I am really frustrated with this problem not being properly resolved.
