Great Glasses, Great Overall

I have no qualms in recommending them highly, and our adult son bought from this location too and they exude the "wow factor" with smiles and helpful staff. If you have a good customer experience at an eyewear store, restaurant, tourist place, car dealership why not give them a good review. At the same time, as we've sadly experienced beforehand undeservingly, we've brought food home and threw it in the trash can because the female server burnt the food and then packaged it without us seeing the joke quality inside, and even your pet would turn up its nose. Lost money, confidence with their poor service. No excuses, and the former owners did nothing to do what is right to show fairness or compensation, same with bad purchases of vehicles so why should you be chastised with negative reviews by some silly websites. So, these guys at 3 for 1 Great Glasses get my two thumbs up. Bravo. Kerwin Maude

The initial consultation was excellent, the Sales Associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to know her stuff. When I returned to pick up my glasses, another Sales Associate helped me. There was no "fitting", just... "how do they feel... okay, off you go." Returned a week later, as my main pair are constantly sliding down, and a lens had fallen out. The third Sales Associate said "no, they are fit properly, they don't need adjusting"... and grabbed the lens, and twisted it, trying to wrench it out. "I explained I had had to tighten it myself, as the screw had come completely out. "Oh, well then it's okay." Another week has gone by, and I am now carrying a tiny screwdriver in my car, as the frames continue to come loose. The three pairs of glasses came in a big, clunky, already-in-the-trash display-style box, that is COMPLETELY useless, and no everyday cases. The glasses seemed a good deal at the time, but I would never go there again, and would not recommend 3 for 1 Great Glasses Maple Ridge to anyone.

i seen you interview on television Market Place on CBC and was impressed with your talk about why glasses are so expensive being made of plastic and a metal hinge. After buying many pairs from $350.00 to $700.00 , I decided to try you, now that you are in BC. I just received them today, Barb in the Maple Ridge store was very helpful and professional in helping me in my selection of frames and the lenses. I plan on recommending you to people I know.. Not only great service but also friendly staff.

I always get my glasses here. Been coming here for the last 6 years because the staff are always so friendly and helpful, also can’t beat the deals they have. I love that the staff seems to have just as much fun as I do trying on different styles and colours until we find me the right pairs.

The staff were helpful in finding frames that look good on me. They explained my various options. I would very highly recommend this location to anyone looking for new glasses. I had gotten my prescription from my optometrist and the staff at Great Glasses had it filled for me.

False advertisement. They came to have free site tests, which they don't. They need to look up what "free" means and be honest, instead of coming out with new excuses. I'd rather go to an honest company.
