Highly recommend! I bought glasses here back in August. I've never received more compliments on frames/glasses in my life (and I've been wearing glasses since my teens). They have a great selection and more importantly take the time to ensure the frames match you. This includes understanding the look you're hoping to achieve, what fits your face and skin tone etc. They are also honest. If something doesn't look good, they'll tell you (politely, of course and if you ask for their opinion). Will be back very soon!

I bought glasses a couple months ago when I was in town on vacation from Ontario. I often have trouble finding nice frames - high myopia and a narrow face but at Niche the selection of frames was really special for all face shapes. Valerie is an excellent optician and gave me the best advice on selecting lenses and frames. Had no idea how great transition lenses could be. I love my frames and my lenses. If I come back to Vancouver will definitely visit again.

I was just window shopping on 4th, walked into Niche and Valerie won me over. Very personal service, Valerie selected numerous frames for me to try on. My girlfriend said Valerie had an uncanny sense of styles that suited me. Niche’s inventory is distinct and classy, unique pieces. I ended up buying two pairs of glasses with transitional lenses and I love them both, my favorites. Niche is my first stop for glasses going forward.

First time eyeglass buyer (at Niche), lifelong eyeglass wearer. The service I received at Niche was top-notch! Fantastic attention to detail, unhurried service, great advice on frame color and construction choices. Will definitely be back. OK- update. I picked up my new progressive lens glasses and tried them for two weeks. It was apparent that something wasn't right, so I went back to Niche to check in and - to be honest - I was expecting a fight. I could not have been more wrong!! Michele was a joy to deal with, and worked to address my concerns right away. I am even more impressed by the service from Niche.

As a person who's had to wear glasses my entire life, starting from the ugly frames in youth then moving onto just basic, it's always been a hassle to find the right pair. Blah and dull frames were always the case till I was recommended to Niche! The wonderful people at Niche fully believe that the glasses should fit the person in style and personality. It's in their slogan "Your face is like a work of art, it deserves a great frame." Even their most simple of frames are not your common cookie cutter style, the Niche artists (I'm calling them that because they certainly have a skill set that makes using the word staff seem vulgar) makes the process of choosing feel less like a chore and more like a red carpet foray. They spend that time with you, get to know you and make you feel amazing. Akin to getting that suit tailored at the store with the $$$$ sign next to it's google listing, or that spa day that makes you feel like one Mill. This is all wrapped up in just getting the right frame. Take it from me, glasses wearers for life, there wasn't a frame I didn't like. If I had the ability I'd buy all their hand picked frames for me. It was hard to just narrow it down to one nevertheless two. That never happens for me anywhere else! But I digress, you get great frames in your price range, they have all the coating options (so many colours of transitions) work with lots of the insurance providers and they make sure you look your best! I don't think I'm ever going to go anywhere else to get frames again. The glasses no longer wear me, I wear them and it's amazing. So go find your Niche at Niche eyewear. You won't regret it.
