The short version: Great customer service, horrible delivery of their actual service. The long version: I had a fantastic in store experience and the rep who helped me, Katelyn, was incredibly pleasant to work with and made sure that I got everything I wanted with my order and put in the extra effort to make sure I got all of the discounts I qualified for. After that I was told it would be about a week until I got my glasses. A week and a half later I called in and found out that there'd been an error at the lab and they had to redo the glasses so it would be another week. A week and a couple days later I called and found out there's a delay on the brand I'd ordered so it would be a few more days. A few days later I called in and was told that the glasses had made it to the store, but hadn't passed the in-store quality check so they were sent back to be redone and it would be about two more days. It has been five days since then and I still haven't received my glasses. Altogether it's been almost a month and I still don't have the glasses I was told to expect after about a week. The customer service is great; the staff have been consistently helpful and apologetic. The service itself, however, is awful and the only time I'm going back to this store is to pick up the glasses I already paid for. If they ever arrive.

Awesome service from the employees at this location. I received especially good service from the associate named Katelyn. She was very knowledgeable on the different lenses and was extremely friendly and patient. You could also tell that she was passionate about her job, something you don't see too often anymore. She was willing to work with me on what lenses would work best for my budget and use. There was no pressure at all, only support and answers. Prices were pretty comparable so no extra points there. Overall it was a good experience and I'll return to that store in the future.

First set of progressives can be challenging, and mine were no exception. After trying to make them work for some time, I returned to the store. Jeshua was patient and worked with me to determine the root cause of the issue, which was partially due to my prescription being .25 off! Jeshua helped me get that rectified, got me in the right lenses, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me. My glasses are terrific! I couldn’t be happier!
