Always have what I'm looking for, prices are great, almost always have great sales on, good selection, and of course the pc optimum rewards are a plus. Only downside is that they seem to switch up on the aisles and product placement on a regular, but that's just me, which I regularly shop here for groceries. Overall great grocery shopping location

Very helpful staff who located an item that they carry in Chilliwack store and was recommended to me. The natural, or organic food section is being redone and enlarged to better serve customers. I don't know about fresh fruit and veggies as it was not what I went to shop.

I was in the Chilliwack BC store tonight and asked for water softening salt as it wasn't outside where they have always kept it. I asked the teller if they had any and he said he had no clue. I asked him if he could find someone that did. He the phoned the kid that was standing 20' away from us and asked him. His response. I have no idea. Again I asked if he would please find someone that did. He went and asked asked a woman at the customer service counter and she pointed to where they used to be. I have never met 3 more uncaring and incompetent people in one store in my life. If this is where retail is going, it is no wonder that stores are going broke. I hope these 3 win the lottery because if they actually have to function and care in a working environment, they will starve to death

Same as all the other superstores. One side groceries one side everything else. Usually well stocked. That was 9 months ago... some idiot decided to change it all up. It’s chaos half the shelves are bare and the other half is stocked incorrectly. Good luck I’ll be spending my 300/week elsewhere till you figure your store out
