I go here for their Joe Fresh clothing selection, big pharmacy and a manageable selection of kitchen, bath and other home supplies. the clothes are cute and functional at low prices - and they now offer plus sizes and exercise gear. I find the grocery section too large to be time efficient and it ends up taking me forever. Has a great bulk food selection, however.

Superstore has lots of great brands that you can't find in other grocery stores and the staff is always friendly. James the cashier is seriously one of the greatest cashiers I've ever dealt with. He is quick and efficient and literally has a joke every time he scans my items. I hope James goes far in life.

I shop here often. Lots of Canadian content .. I wish they had more. I use self checkouts , but the staff I do interact with are awesome. Very helpful. Pricing seems good to. Parking is a bonus if you drive as the lot is big and has very few hard to get into spots. I often ride my bike and it has great bike parking. Overall on of the better stores in Nanaimo.

I had started shopping online and doing the grocery pick up. My first experience was good and then the quality of food items dropped quickly. Produce so bad it had to be thrown away. I do not have the time or unlimited funds to replace these items. I AM DONE. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

In general a good place to shop at on a budget and they have a wide range of selection of produce and ethnic food. But very manipulative with their pricing and shelving. I know this applies to almost all grocery stores, but this one is different because they are the only ones who carry certain products, and when demand on these products increased, they either raise the price or take it out of stock altogether !
