I received outstanding customer service from Linda, she is so awesome and nice and helped me pick out some frames. She made sure to make me feel like as if I have been a client of that place for a long time! they have all kinds of frames to pick from! and she is also willing to work with your payments! I love my glasses! THANK YOU LINDA!

This place is really great and I like it more than the chains all around fresno. The staff here goes out of the way to help you out.

I went to another optician and they made my glasses. When they came back I couldn't see out of them at all, everything was blurry and fuzzy. They told me that my Ophthalmologist had written the prescription wrong and to go back to them. My UCLA Ophthalmologist is pretty dang good so I didn't believe this. So I went to Excellence in Eyewear and Linda and Harry (and the rest of the staff) were wonderful. The prescription was RIGHT, they got the glasses back to me in a week and they are PERFECT! I love this place and all the staff.

Linda is always very helpful. She takes the "overwhelming" out of picking glasses. She knows her stock and can order frames as well. She even discovered a mistake in prescription made by my eye doctor. My husband and I have been extremely happy with the service we've received.
