I wanted to buy a specific pair of ray bans from here. They only had two pairs and both were used as display units. They were quite scratched and scuffed. I asked the girl if they could order me in a brand new pair and she said no. She also said other locations only had one pair and that they would also be display units. She then told me that it’s the style and that they are sent in scratched up. She grabbed a brand new pair in a different colour and showed me how scratched they were. She basically talked me into buying a banged up pair of shades. When I got outside the left lens looked smudgy to look through and I could clearly see a set of scratches, like they’d been dropped. I was really disappointed and went in the next day to return them. I decided to find them brand new somewhere else. A different sales lady than the day before proceeded to tell me many times that they don’t sell scratched sunglasses and basically called me a liar. I had to repeat my experience to her several times before getting my money back. Overall it’s just a really high pressure disappointing experience shopping here and I won’t be back.

They have some famous brands but if you want to look at more different tupes of sunglasses, check it online. Sunglass hut is small store. They didn't have promotion. Expensive but all good and famous brands.

I bought a pair of Prada's there and the pair that i bought had striped screws in the frame. they told me they were going to bring in a new pair for me. A week later they called and I went in and they insisted that the new ones were OK and tried to sell me that they were brand new and nothing wrong with them. One of the arms were loose and she insisted to tell me that is the way they are. I would like to say that customer service at this location is 2stars and still waiting to get my New pair of Glasses.

Expensive and will not discount maui Jim's brand... found pair elsewhere at a better price....
