This is the second time in three years that these folks have broken my glasses. This time I ordered from them a pair of sunglasses specifically for a trip to Hawaii. The first pair arrived, late, back ordered frames apparently. They then, upon trying to adjust them, broke them. The second pair arrived two weeks after that. I showed up to pick them up and no joke, they broke this pair as I waited in the lobby. I told him that I really needed them for my trip. I paid cash and then submitted to my insurance to get them faster and it quite literally took them four times as long AND I am leaving for my trip tomorrow morning WITH OUT my new sunglasses. I will never go here again and have requested a full refund. No calls from them, no excuses, nothing, Like I never ordered from them. I was patient, I waited and waited. NOTHING.. DO not give them your money for Walmart service. I hate to write such a bad review but I gave them every opportunity to get them to me. Every opportunity.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I have never had a problem with them. I always get appointments made super quick, and never have to wait long for the appointment. The Dr's are very friendly and listen to any issue you may have. I've been purchasing contacts and glasses through the Gallery and haven't had an issue with them either. I've bought contacts through them, as well as through other places--just depends on the cost, but I never have an issue with them refusing to give me my prescription. Really love the staff in the Gallery of Eyewear, however some of the ladies on the exam side can be very rude.

Been going here for over 15 years and the staff and selection are great. I wanted some old frames made into "readers" and Costco wouldn't deal so I went back to the Gallery, got professional service, for less cost. What was I thinking?!? Thank you ladies!

Really enjoyed the help I received choosing new eyeglasses. I got them a week ago and my vision is great. The staff was helpful, and seemed to really know they're stuff. Thank You!

I needed new contact lenses - same as I've been wearing for decades but with a new prescription. I was told that the $75 non-refundable fee covered "everything". Except that when I went to pick them up there was an additional $170 charge for the lenses ($70 elsewhere). I returned them and then learned that I couldn't get a contact prescription to take to another place unless I bought the lenses from them, despite getting my eye exam at the associated clinic the week before. Combine that with no weekend or evening hours even for pickups and it was a serious waste of my time and money.
