I just made an appointment on-line and was about to look at frames, but decided to check the reviews. I moved to this area 3 years ago and this is my 3rd trip back for new glasses. I've always been treated with respect and offers for help, even if I just dropped in to have my frames adjusted. Glasses have always come in two weeks after order was placed. I know you can't please all the people all the time, but my experiences have always been professional and courteous.

The women in here will openly ignore you if you dont look a particular way. I went in for an appointment and the woman behind the main desk went out of her way not to speak to me. They all kept looking at me as though I was in the wrong place. After 30 mins of being ignored and I just left. My very pale girlfriend went in 5 mins after I left and she was immediately greeted. I dont want to say its a race issue, just color. Ive gone in 4 times and each time... I get dirty looks. I asked for the managers name and was told that it was "None of my business". At one point, I was told it was "illegal" to get my frames adjusted, lens cleaned and a copy of my RX. I truly hate that this location is the closest one. But I will gladly pay double at Lenscrafters to be treated like a human being.

I ordered 2 new boxes of contacts and they said they would call when they were in. After a month of no phone call, I finally called them and was informed they had ordered the wrong box and I would have to wait longer to get a new box issued. Very disappointed that I had to call when they had said they would call me. A month for contacts? That seems like a long time to have to wait. And now I have to wait even longer to get the correct box. At least they are going to mail it when it gets in.

Made an appointment even though my husband’s experience was not great at all but after several trips was corrected. I made an appointment and waited two weeks only to show up and of course whoever I spoke to for 15 minutes had never actually scheduled the appt. they acted more like it was my fault and didn’t even try to work me in that day. I have excellent vision insurance so I definitely will find another vision center for my family!!

I was concerned with he poor reviews that America's Best had received on both Google and Yelp. I decided to give it a shot and go in for a walk in. They claim to do walk ins but I was aware that this time of the year it is quite busy. I called the day before to confirm that they do accept walk ins and was told that it was busy that week but as long as I was there early I would be fine. I work night's so it was a little tough to get up but I made it in. I was told there was no way I could be seen that day. I asked if they had a lot of walk ins that day and was told I was the first. I asked what had changed from the day before and was told nothing. The front desk was rude and I now know the other reviews are justified. Will definetly be avoiding this place in the future. I hope this helps!
