I been purchased warranty for my kid glasses or frames what cost me close to 500 $ so lady told me that : ,, warranty will cover whole thing if something happens to the frame 100 % ,, unfortunately two days ago my kid break them accidentally and we took them to the store, guess what, they told me that: I have to cover 50% of the price if we wanted to fix them???!!And they told me is been always like that???The girl at front desk brush her finger nails whole time we spend there??? It was such disrespect of the customer! Unbelievable experience I have and never ever will go to them again, they should learn how to gain little respect to the people!

I have never worn glasses consistently before because I always feel that I look weird in frames, but the ladies at Erker's Eyewear changed that! First of all the optometrist, Dr. Levy, was AMAZING. He listened to me and figured out what was causing my poor vision after carefully running tests to make sure I had the perfect prescription. I can see so much better now that he caught my astigmatism which was overlooked by my last doctor. Now for the best part. They have a stylist that will help you find the PERFECT pair of glasses for you! She spoke with me on what I was trying to spend and what I wanted and picked out at least 30 pairs for me to try on until I found the perfect one for my face. For the calls I made up there with some paperwork for my insurance, they were more than helpful. Also cheerful and amazing customer service!

I really enjoyed the place as a whole. The eye doctor was very kind and nice. The woman, Heather, who helped me pick out my glasses was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of advice and her knowledge about the glasses I was trying on. She worked with me on my pricing and for that I will get my next pair of glasses here. -Danielle Williams

Everybody here was very helpful. Buying a pair of glasses that I plan on keeping for a long time was very stressful for me. After coming to Erkers I can say that they have by far the best overall selection and found a neat pair of 3d printed frames. I came in wanting a pair of glasses and came away with 2 pair. Theresa made my buying experience the best IVE EVER HAD. I will be coming back again and will be bringing my wife and sister. Theresa went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend.
