Prices are better than most. Hate the crowds. Love the online shop but needs web improvement. Love all lanes open on weekends wish they would add more rush times to that!

I love this location, at the corner of Portage & school street. What's there not to like? Unlike their location on Bison drive, staff are helpful, friendly. Fellow Customers are considerate and polite. They have enough cashiers working so you don't have to spend 10 to 15 minutes in the lineup!! AND.... underground parking!! I have never use to shop at superstore, until I moved to this end of the city.

I find the layout and accessibly of this store to be quite convenient and easy to navigate for quick purchases or long grocery shops. However, I wish that they would not allow cars to stop and park in front of the entrance! Bakery staff exceptionally pleasant. Could use more variety in the produce section, but I'm quite surprised with a growing aisle of international items. That's great!

0/5 stars! Superstore's lack of respect for neighbours shines by thunderous roars of steel... hitting concrete as they repair exterior fixture in front of store. Started at 6 pm & going strong! Thanksgiving dinner, conversation, music, and movies at reasonable volumes can't negate the noise. Many thanks to you Superstore on Bison Drive!

Market has great selection and is usually great with keeping everything stocked, unless of course it’s Saturday. Saturday is a gong show. You have to be there first thing in the morning to get anything and there are lots of people in the area who stock up, buying very large quantities at a time. I also wish there was more staff on, because if you need help you have to walk around for a while to find someone. I also feel that their furniture section should have a better system, because anytime you want to purchase furniture, you have to go all the way to the back of the store and haul it out to the front unless you can find someone and ask them to help you. Lastly even though I love their selection, I find that their produce does not last as long as from other grocery stores. I’m not sure why that is, but I’ve started buying most of my items at superstore and then all my produce and baked goods at Sobeyes. If the produce improves at Superstore, I will return all my shopping there because I really do enjoy grocery shopping and it would be great if I only had one stop.
