Superstore on Sargent is my favourite store to shop for groceries. I love that they have a large and varied selection of natural, gluten free and vegan foods and products located in the same section. Other grocery stores often have these items scattered throughout the store but Superstore has a great natural section (look for the green aisle signs). The produce section has lots of variety but can sometimes be picked over or have not the greatest quality of vegetables and fruits. Overall though, lots of choices for fresh fruits and veggies and exotic produce and I usually find what I’m looking for. The ethnic section is also great and has lots of interesting foods from around the world. The only downside of shopping at Superstore is that it’s almost always busy and chaotic and the aisles are crowded with people and carts. I find it to be a more relaxing experience if you shop later in the evening or early in the morning. Weekends are the worst. Would recommend this grocery store! Staff are always friendly and cheerful too and the lines usually move pretty fast.

I always enjoy my shopping trips at Superstore, it's become my go-to grocery store. This is because it is fairly big and well stocked, so I can always get in, find what I want, and get out in minimum time. Things are well laid out and clearly signposted so you don't get lost, and you don't have to hunt around for things.

So I went to this store about 11 am and I wish I hadn't. Apparently the baby formula is now kept behind the counter at customer services. It's been about 2 decades since I've had to buy any baby food, but my son and his wife just had their own baby. So there I was in line at customer service asking for a baby formula. The lady helping me was the most horrible and miserable person I've had the unfortunate luck to come across in many years. She should not be allowed to have any contact with the customers period. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I held back any comment, but oh my word is she terrible. In the future I'll only stop at this location unless it's a dire emergency. I usually shop at the Portage location or at Costco. What an unpleasant experience this was!! I wonder how's idea it was to put her on the front line to deal with customers. Bad idea.

Your not so average big box supermarket. With a good and fresh produce selection featuring thr more exotic fruits and vegetables, to an amazing ethnic selection. The store itself is huge so prepare for lineups and spending min. 1 hour getting your groceries going up the aisles. The seafood selection is fresh and bountiful. My go to place for biweekly grocery shopping.

Superstore on sergeant ave is one of the biggest grocery stores in Winnipeg. If you need a specific item, chances are you will find it here. Shopping on the weekends is a zoo, so better to go on a weekday.
