Beautiful, elegant store in Yorkville and nice selection. The young man that works there is super nice and patient and listens. The owner is friendly at first but if you visit more than once, she gets a bit short with you if you don't purchase--bit condescending if you ask too many questions. The owner also stated that the 10% e-news offer is only for online but that's incorrect. The information I received after e-sign up was this: Receive 10% OFF your first purchase in store or online. Use promo code: FAMILY10 to redeem. I think I'll shop somewhere else in a more patient, warm environment. Spending over $700 (prescription, polarization etc) is not an impulsive buy for me. But if you know what you want, it's nice store with a classy selection. Just be sure to tell her (the owner) what you want, not what she wants.

Walked in looking for a pair of sunglasses and they have an amazing collection of designer frames that you might not find elsewhere! Beautiful store and amazing service, Holly and Alex helped me pick a gorgeous pair of Gucci sunglasses I am totally in love with! They took care of all my concerns and even offered me refreshments. This has by far been the best experience I have had in an optical store, would definitely recommend Holly Eyewear to everybody.

Great customer service. We picked up an excellent pair of glasses for me and my spouse. Holly has amazing eyewear brands we never heard of but she took the time out to let us know what was the best choice to go with based on our preferences. She took her time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She even included a free cloth and cleaner. Thank you for the most amazing experience.

I recently purchased a pair of prescription frames from Holly Eyewear and I could not be more in LOVE!!! I haven't worn glasses for a few years now and I was confused on what to buy style wise as well as what lens would be best suited for my prescription. After meeting Holly, she went through lens options with me, informed me about the new advancements in lenses and what's in trend right now in terms of frame silhouettes and colours. I was extremely relieved to have found a perfect pair of glasses that not only suited my face but where extremely comfortable at the same time. In the past I have been hesitant on purchasing frames simply because I could not find a frame that I absolutely love... But after walking into Holly's I found multiple pairs that I would purchase in a heartbeat. Her selection of frames are absolutely breathtaking! Thank you to the team at Holly Eyewear for making this such an easy and stress free process. I have a new found love for prescription glasses thanks to you.

The nosepads of my glasses ripped on a Sunday morning and Holly Eyewear was the nearest store open. As previous reviews mentioned, she didn't even charge me (even though she had to replace my nose pad) and they offered me a free drink. I doubt I've seen better service anywhere (whether it be shops or restaurants) else in Toronto.
