Staff were very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with my new glasses.

I went To this location not knowing anything about my prescription. I got quoted here for lenses 3x the price of other places, and not knowing why I asked. The girl behind the counter tried explaining but wasn't able to, the tech then came out with my lens in hand to show me how think the basic ones would be and explained to me like a child that I would have giant lenses if I did not get the compact once. I get her point and it WAS helpful for her to explain that to me, but the way she did it was so rude to the point that it completely turned my happy shopping day into a depressing one. I left the store, in now a horrible mood, to go to a different location across town. I have never, as a grown woman been talked to in such a demeaning way. She could have explained the reasoning behind the lens price without being so condescending.
