I had such a great experience here at Metro PCS in Southern Blvd. They were very kind, efficient and professional. The appointment was for my 7 yr old daughter and her glasses were done 3 days later. Now I look forward to having my entire family go here.

I recommend Metro Optics located on Southern Blvd in the Bronx. Thank you, Isaac and Vernice for making my visit comfortable, & most of all, understandable and affordable. I was undecided about what was right for me. I never was apart of the process of deciding what was suitable for my eyes at previous optical facilities. They always had this, "stay within your insurance pick" type of feeling. MO gave me options, w/o the feeling of an insurance guideline stigma. I always left it to the proessionals, and still, I left not too satisfied. I always accepted what I was told because, after all, they were the professionals. I kinda waited for the next 2yr for the next exam not really being satisfied either. But today was a better day, what I experienced today at Metro Optics, I have never experienced before. I've never been 100% satisfied w/my previous eye service. Metro Optics took the time to explain what my Rx meant, measured me, made adjustments, and explained to me, the care my eyes & lenses required. I was simply overwhelmed with the concern this team had for me. I can go on about my complete experience at MO, but I'm not sure if I have enough time & space, so I will end it on this note; thanking the team that took care of me today, and I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends, family, and fellow colleagues. I hope everyone receives the same, if not, better care I received today. I recommend any and everyone to try Metro Optics.

This place was great. I had a meeting in the area and decided to stop in on impulse when I saw some nice sunglasses they had in the window. Then I remembered a friend said she had been going to one of the other Metro Optics locations for years. The staff was very busy but even as a walk-in, they were friendly and helpful. I love the sunglasses I picked out, and I'm probably going to switch my eye doctor to this place, since they take my insurance and the eye doctor seemed very nice, other customers seemed to like her.

While the place was full, I didn't have to wait long to get help and I had the full attention of the representative and she was very helpful and friendly. This will be my default optic. The time to pickup glasses has been set for about a week in my personal case. other places are faster which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

I had a really great experience here the lady who helped me has a pleasant attitude and also the gentleman who works there are all really nice and truthful they won't let you walk out with glasses that don't shape ur face or if there ugly they'll let you know and there patient which is key when your about to try on 30 different pairs of glasses to find your right fit lol
