I'm nervous whenever it comes to my eyes. This was my first visit at NV, but I can assure you as long as the service remains the same they're stuck with me for life! There was no wait, the atmosphere is relaxing. The STAFF are PHENOMENAL. Everyone was about their business, but with a loving home style feel. Jahmeer was patient and offered me options for eyeglasses that were economically feasible, but stylish. He knew the business and I was able to purchase 3 pair of glasses comfortably. He even helped me pick them out. The optometrist was the best I've seen by far. I don't like franchise service as they always kill your pockets and do anything for the buck. NOT HERE! I recommend this place and I would give it 20 stars if I could. I've referred two people and I left 2 hours ago.

Dr. Will is a thorough, sweet, friendly doctor, and the rest of the staff are great too. The folks at the front desk are really kind, and great about letting you know right away what your insurance will or will not cover, how much things will cost, timelines for ordering. It’s really nice to have a quality optometrist in my area, and I’m told Dr. Will also works in South Philly, so check him out there too if that’s closer to you!

Dr Will who examined my eyes and Jahmir who assisted me with my frames were excellent!!! The whole practice gave you the feel that 'they appreciate your business'. I brought 3 pairs of glasses! Can't wait to wear them!!!

This is by far the best private practice i have been to thus far. The staff is extremely friendly and the frames are super cute. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.
