My comment is about the response from the owner(s) to the reviews on here. In both reviews I read they don't take responsibility or even admit to doing anything remotely rude, inconsiderate or unprofessional let alone apologizing. With that being said I'm already turned off before even going to the store and am looking for an eyeglass store right now online. Anyways just thought I'd leave my comment in response to seeing the owner's responses to other people's reviews. Thank you

Most beautiful eye glasses ever!! Great at fitting frames to flatter your face!

Bad experience. First off, why is there a dog in the store? When shopping, I do not want someone's dog sniffing at me. The owner never got up from behind the counter and made no effort to make a sale. I was ready to buy but her rudeness turned me off. Driving now to Easton and will never return to unique eyewear..

Best eyewear and optician in the mid west, hands down. Eyewear is a medical device on your face that when framed right, reveals your identity. It's rare to find an optician these days with all the big box brand sales people out there that don't have the gift that Barbi has. This place is a diamond in the rough.

Drove a hour to just to come to Tuckerman's and we left disappointed. We walked in and after 15 minutes we were never greeted. The store is small, we thought that maybe we were invisible. There was only one customer in there besides us. I even walked to the back of the store where a male employee was playing on his phone and the woman was waiting on a customer. The employees never looked at me, and the customer smiled uncomfortably. We were ready to purchase but now we will purchase from somewhere else.
