Had a great experience here. I had an eye exam and then spent a lot of money on glasses. Though I did have to wait a little bit longer than expected for my test, I felt very comfortable and helped the entire time. Bridget who sold me the glasses was very helpful.

I have been to this store a couple of times (made one pruchase of over $500 as well) but the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired about. At no times, does any of the staff make you feel that you are welcome there. Of course there is the customary greet when you enter the store (if anyone is free) a couple of questions and then thats it. There isn't any genuine feel to help, just a routine. Definately not a place for me!!

Honestly, THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Don't even bother calling them, waste of time, they take forever answering the phone. My husband recently purchased glasses about a month ago and yesterday we noticed that one of the hinges had come lose (on the left side of the frame). Being mindful, we drove to the nearest Lenscrafters location (Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga) to get this resolved. We were told by a lab personnel that the frame we bought has the tendency to have lose hinges. When we said that we were not informed of this during purchase, a sales representative said she too was not aware of this issue with the Burberry frame that we had purchased. Frankly, this is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. We spent hours trying to find a decent, solid pair of glasses, especially considering that my husband lives a busy, active lifestyle. Not only were we not offered a new pair, we were simply told to go purchase "crazy glue" Are you kidding me?! Don't waste your time or money purchasing glasses from the company, especially this location.

For Years i have been going to Lens Crafters and these last few visits have been beyond disappointing. Finding wrong contact names over the phone for 2 hours, ordering contact colors on file from 2008(essentially wrong colors), Not putting customer file on their system and having to find out over in the U.S they cannot pull it up because it was never updated from since my first set of colored contacts. I could go on but ive just about had it with them and would absolutely not recommend anyone going to them for glasses/contacts, prescription renewal however seems to be above all the problems ive listed so in all that's the only good thing i would give but everything else just sucks....

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to go here. The service was just fine. The staff was very courteous and professional. In contrast to other lens crafter ( with higher ratings ) the experience here was so much better. So it might be a hit or miss kind of thing. Now about the prices, that's just what you get when you shop at places that sell the big brands. If you're looking for more budget frames then places like Costco are probably a better bet.
