Very impressed, the staff was excellent in terms of being attentive and knowledgeable. The process itself right through to completing the sale was very smooth. And best of all, barely two days later I see my glasses are ready for pickup tonight. Couldn't be happier.

Incredibly unimpressed. Perhaps if you have a simple low prescription or want frames with no lenses (which is what they offered me) this place may work for you. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in the store. I received a receipt, and was reimbursed by my insurance. Then they couldn't fill my lens prescription so I had it adjusted by my optometrist. Then they lost my PD which was measured in the store. Because of my eye issues I could not measure my PD online which they suggested after 2 weeks. So now I have to deal with reimbursing my insurance, and finding new glasses from somewhere else. I would not recommend this place in the least. After dealing with multiple customer service people through email, chat, and telephone, I will most certainly NEVER spend any more time or money at Warby Parker.

That was hands down the best glasses shopping experience...no, best shopping experience in general I've ever had in Toronto. So impressed! Tried on glasses, got measured and paid all while being at the front entrance. They've perfected retail. Thank you especially to Hilary for being awesome!

Best customer service ever!!! All of the employees were incredibly patient, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations in helping me decide what my next pair of eye glasses would be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Poor customer experience - after repeated returns for fitting and adjustments, the staff concluded that the arms were too short and my glasses will never fit properly. I'm out over $800 dollars. Frustrating experience as Warby Parker solution is to offer me $25 towards another pair of glasses.
