I had a great experience here. I worked with Priscilla from the booking of my appointment, finding glasses through to pick up. She remembered who I was, was very efficient and friendly ! I will be back for my next pair of glasses!

Great service, but these folks are seriously demented. Bought Ray Bans (cheap frames), and lost them at the airport. Came back to ask them to give me my PD ( pupillary distance), they sent me next door to to Dr. Luu, who sent me back to LensCrafters. LensCrafters sent me out politely as they don’t measure the distance between pupils!? 🤦🏾‍♂️

I would like to bring a good employee of Lens crafters Shoppers World Plaza Brampton to the spotlight, Katie (Optician) at the Lens crafters. On Friday the 5th day of May 2018 at approximately 4pm I have received an extreme quality service at the Lens crafters mentioned above, where Katie’s extended help is a prime example. Due to Katie, I am going to be one of your most loyal customers. I found her the most humble, responsible and initiative taking individual. I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided by Katie. Such great assistance is commended highly. I must recommend Miss Katie for her kindness, knowledge and professionalism; Personnel like Miss Katie are definitely an asset for the companies they work. NOTE: I have attended few Lens Crafters locations and asked for the frames I was interested in… they inquired if I had prescriptions with me. When I advised them “No”, they said we will spend our time – you will like the frames – but there is no guarantee you buying glasses from our store. Therefore get the prescription first and come back. Under these circumstances, Miss Katie proved herself a true and loyal employee of Lens Crafters who is not afraid of going extra mile (rather several miles) for the customer satisfaction. Great service, very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. Received a call and text message when my glasses was ready which was even before the date they stated to me. No complaints!! Yes you may wait to be served but that is expected in any customer service oriented business.
