In the past this location has been awesome. The place is a shell of It's former self. The selection is poor. The glasses are grubby from people handling them. Last time I got a really deal . This time I was really dissapointed. It's obvious the management of this location isn't too concerned about sprucing up the place.

My experience here has always been positive. Staff helpful. I mislaid my May receipt and when called in for copy the person I dealt with was most helpful and obliging, even sending the attachment via email from another source.

Expensive glasses and lack of service. Optician Cheryl has a lack of understanding of customer needs. She recommends unnecessary add-ons. This place cares more about making sales than putting customers first. would not recommend.

The worst experience ever . Ordered glasses in December . High power couldn’t see properly gave headache . They said it is because the frame was too big which I was never told when I got the glasses . Could not get the proper 30 day return due to an emergency surgery . But they didn’t care . Used the protection plan paid extra 100$ still can’t see . Now they blame it on the the prescription. They are the experts they should educate the customers . To change my lenses now I need to pay extra $ 550 . I have already spent $ 600 now another $550 $ 1150 for a pair of glasses . I cannot afford. Now I have $ 550 pair of glasses which I cannot use . No point taking the protection manager told me when I explained today if I use it one more time the protection plan is going to get cancelled . They sell it saying for s year but after 2 uses due to their wrong information it’s going to get cancelled . Don’t fall for their tricks . Worst customer service . They just lost 4 customers and I am going to share this bad experience with my family and friends

I'm giving a 1 star because there is no way to give a negative star-Poor selection, rude and/or indifferent staff, quality of products poor with high price tags-save yourself the migraine and go elsewhere!
