Duncan is the best optician I've ever had, hands down and I've worn glasses for most of my life. I wanted to browse frames initially and he took his time and helped me pick according to my preferences (and he made some great recommendations). I have a pair of glasses that is without a doubt the highest quality pair I've ever owned and they're exactly what I was looking for. Super light, and so far have been extremely durable (I wear my glasses daily, am clumsy, have frequent run-ins with my dog and am fairly active). I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want and he was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I recommend him to everyone I meet who needs new glasses!

Bought my second pair in a year from I.D. Great selection and great service -- the owner really cares about find a pair that suits your face structure. Beats any of the big box stores.
