The staff was incredibly rude, I feel like it was a waste of my time going there. I get $600 for glasses from insurance and I wouldn’t spend a cent of it at this location.

Extremely rude optician in store- never seen anything like this in my 24 years wearing glasses and going to such stores. Asked to get my PD measured-said that I need to purchase glasses 1st- and when I said let's do that measurement and then I can decide where to buy, the optician was rude and said he will not do it. Not to mention their prices are significantly higher than market pricing

Great service, found what I was looking for, gave me suggestions and made sure my questions were answered. Thank you

This has got to be one of the worst companies you can deal with. The employees are rude and ignorant. I would say a huge majority of them don't even know their own policies. Also Lenscrafters employees get paid COMMISSION, if you go to Lenscrafters be careful of all the add-ons this branch will try to sell you, only to line their own pocket. You can buy literally anything Lenscrafters has ONLINE for LESS THAN HALF the price. Customer service is really all Lenscrafters has going for it in comparison to online purchases. Yet they treat their customers poorly and aggressively. Keep it up Lenscrafters and you'll just end up like Blockbusters.
