Positive: - great range of choices and styles, I got a really cute pair - pretty fast for delivery Negative: Kind of poor customer experience - Stylist appointment I went to the Montreal trust store, so prior to that, I took an appointment with a stylist which I don't really see the point since when you come to the store there's no priority, you have to wait anyway, it's free service and there're other customers, okay I'll let that pass. But then, why I took that appointment is that I was seeking advice, I came across an employee who explained briefly basic stuff and left me there, (I don't know, help me choose or at least suggest me something, that's why I took the appointment) good thing there was another one, really sweet, who helped me out. - Delivery As I said, it was pretty fast so that's a good point, but then, one of the lenses weren't totally fixed, I thought it goes through quality control before shipping? They had one job...

Love BonLook. I have made so many eyeglasses there. Great service, great prices!

Went by today and received amazing service from Julia! She was really patient and helped me to decide on a new pair of frames. Definitely recommend :)

Still haven't received my order after 1 month, called the Customer Service twice but not helpful at all. They can't even tell me where the glasses are located. Customer Service asks Store to call me two days ago and today I called Customer Service again. No one is really trying to help. I regret that I didn't read the comment here before I made the purchase. I definitely won't recommend to anyone and won't buy from BonLook again.

Hi, I had a terrible experience with Bonlook. I ordered a pair of regular sunglasses without any prescription on April 13th. We are now May 11th and I still didn’t receive anything. I was told in the store that the order would take one week. I called the customer service after a week and they said that they couldn’t find the sunglasses but I should receive it after another week maximum. Another week go by and still no news from Bonlook. So, I call them again and they still didn’t send it. They cancelled this order and made a new one. They again said to wait a week and I will absolutely receive them before the end of the week. Now its been another week and still no news from them. When I called them again for a third time, they said that the glasses were still in the lab and it will take one week to receive them. Every time I talk to them, they say one more week. Now it’s been a month for a regular pair of sunglasses, nothing fancy. I asked for a refund and guess what? I should receive the money in a week or two. After reading the comments, I found out that I’m not the only one who had these issues. I bought these glasses thinking I would receive them after a week and it’s a month and I don’t have either the glasses or the refund. The issue is still going on. It’s been a headache from the start. They are giving us false information about the process. They just say, it’s in the lab, trust us you will receive them. We don’t have any tracking number or ways to know what is going on, just the words of the customer service rep who, every week tells us to wait a little more and that we will receive them. At this point, I’m just hoping to eventually receive a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
