A good deal on the glasses but the over all delivery is a pain. It took forever to get a mail that the glasses have finally arrived at the store. So much so that it had managed to slip out of ,y mind that I had ordered one. When the mail finally did come I had to struggle to get an Optician's appointment at their store. When I finally managed to find a slot after a week, I couldn't book it online because it kept on saying "This is a required field" even though I gave all the information required. A frustrating experience! PS: The in-store sales people were helpful and very cordial though. However, the problem of getting an appointment still stands! and without an appointment there are no glasses. Seems like a vicious circle. Rating Before Edit: 2 Edit: The turnaround was quick and the issue was acted upon on priority. I had just walked in the store to book appointment and they took me in then and there and handed over the glasses. The follow up was also cordial. As stated above, I would state again that the staff at the store has always been cordial and welcoming however its the overall process that makes it difficult. The product itself is also pretty nice, given the price at which you get it. Overall I would have given 3.5 if I could.

Got a new pair of glasses here recently and it was a great experience. The sales associate was friendly and helpful, and patient with how indecisive I am when choosing frames. My glasses were delivered in just over a week and so far I'm very happy with them.

I visited BonLook for my first time getting glasses yesterday and I received amazing customer service. Mariam and Priyam were excellent and helped me pick out my glasses, as I was extremely indecisive. They were very patient and took the time to go through multiple pairs with me. They were quite busy but still made sure I received great service. Highly recommend BonLook for anyone looking for a new pair of glasses.

Recently went here to get my dad's glasses fixed. Customer service at this store is amazing. Priya was friendly, kind and explained exactly what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for glasses.
