I love this place and the staff. Their prices and discounts are great and the staff is very helpful. I love that Jason is honest with me when I ask his opinion on frames. I've bought sunglasses, prescription sunglasses and regular glasses and have been thrilled with every pair. I refer all of my friends and family to this location. Keep up the great work, Jason and team! I look forward to my next visit!

One star and that is being kind! You place an order for new lenses, no biggie, except when you are contacted, you go in and after waiting about 10 minutes, well we messed up the order, we'll reorder. Only response from employee was "sorry about that"! Contacted a week later, go in and wait about 15 minutes or so, and am informed that they can't get the machine to work to replace my lenses and I would need to come back tomorrow!! I bought the frames from them several years ago and still can't get the new lenses right. Same response, "sorry about that"! No let's see if we can adjust the price, (over $400.00), no here's a years supply of glass cleaner, zilch! "Sorry about that"! Was told my insurance didn't cover any of this, so this was a cash transaction. I asked for a refund which was given, went to a competitor and they checked my insurance and it did cover over half and was able to get new frames and glasses for out of pocket cost of $300.00, oh and top brand frames to boot! I have been going to this location for well over 8 years, well , no more, to quote your staff, and Maxwell Smart "Sorry about that"!

The customer service is outstanding! I had an emergency situation and every person in the office was polite and caring. Dr. Oleinick-Goldstein went above and beyond. This is a place that really cares about their patients! Highly recommend!

Love this location and Jason is fantastic! I purchased both prescription sunglasses and glasses on two separate occasions. The service was wonderful, Jason was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was done timely. When I went to order my glasses, the frames I had liked were no longer in stock and although I had no information outside of brand and color Jason was able to find them for me and get them ordered. I will definitely be returning to the Westland Lenscrafters for all of my eyecare needs.

This place is a joke. Worst customer sales rep ever, his name is Jason. He was so rude and argumentative over the phone that it was actually funny. He refused to contact my insurance company to cancel the authorization for frames, stating "I'm note going to spend forty minutes on the phone with your insurance company if you won't even buy frames here." Please save your time and go elsewhere! Or call and speak to Jason if you want a good laugh.
