Went in first thing on a Tuesday morning without appointment and was able to be seen fairly quickly for an eye exam. Staff and optometrist were very helpful and polite. Was in and out quickly and ordered eyeglasses for a great price.

Fast, affordable and friendly. My husband and I both came in, he for contacts and myself for glasses. I felt that we were in and out quickly, left with exactly what we wanted, and spent much less than we had planned. We have been customers at Henry Ford Optimeyes for years, but after this visit, we are sold on Americas Best. I highly recommend.

Good receptionist, layed out all costs and fees and explained them easily, doctor is nice, and very knowledgeable. Decent wait time, but that happens at every eye place lol

Poor customer service, very rude and argumentative. Never again. Called SVS right down the street and they took care of everything quickly, promptly and without a wasted trip to Monroe. I work way too many hours for a business to not recognize my time is as valuable as theirs. Also there are way too many other options in the area not to be aware that all it takes is a few minutes of your time to be considerate.
