Great staff, great service. They delivered my new glasses exactly the day that they estimated. Upon pick up, the lady also helped me to clean my old pair of glasses, tune it up. I will keep those as my backups. Overall, I am really satisfied this time. 5 stars.

The doctor was great, and I love my glasses from there, but here's my issue: I had purchased a full eye exam, a pair of Armani eyeglasses, and a pair of RayBan prescription sunglasses just this summer. I spent a LOT of money there. I found a cute pair of $99 glasses at Warby Parker that I liked this week and decided to order them. I called Lenscrafters at Somerset to have them fax my prescription to Warby Parker, and the woman I spoke with (never said her name) gave me attitude about it, promised to fax it, and then hung up on me. She never faxed it. Now, because I don't trust that they will fax it, I have to go down to Somerset, pick up my prescription, and deliver it to Warby Parker myself. So, moral of the story, Lenscrafters: Take care of your customers.. ALWAYS. I am now a Warby Parker customer for life.

They have a very poor service. The store is very expensive and not worth the money you pay for the product and service. Not going back again.
