John and his staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with finding frames. I have bought many pairs of glasses over the years and get many compliments on the style. Everyone is always helpful in adjustments and service. A+ all the way

The receptionist/owner is extremely unwelcoming. She pretends to be fake nice, ask her for an extra cleaning cloth or glasses case and she will get extremely annoyed. Very greedy Chinese woman and definitely the downfall of this location. Never going there again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had an app with the optometrist , michelle mac . First when I saw the receptionist I felt uncomfortable. She was cold and rude. When I finished with my initial app my child went to get a toy from their toy chest, and the receptionist and optometrist were standing staring at us like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. They didn't make our experience welcoming and comfortable. I am not surprised because I remember the receptionist female being the exact same way in manner the last I was there . It is such a shame how professional people make those few customers feel devalued . That needs to change . Very Last time I am going there and definitely not recommending others.

Word of mouth led me to this Pearle Vision store a few years back and I've been returning regularly ever since. The staff are warm and friendly and make purchasing glasses and contacts an enjoyable and easy experience. Johnny and Florence take the time to understand your needs before providing their recommendations. Moreover, optometrists are also located within the store which makes it easy to have an eye exam + fill glasses/contract prescriptions all under one roof! It's also a great location as there are lunch + snack options just next door!

We were referred to this store by a colleague. John and Florence did a great job of outfitting the two of us with very stylish and functional glasses at a reasonable price. Both of us took Florence's recommendations on frame style and colour, and we've both since been stopped by strangers on the street asking where we bought our glasses. Will surely call them the next time either of us needs a new pair.
