Best Selections Ever

Shopping here will makes you feel very uncomfortable, because the girl working here won't give you any space to shopping, she follow you and clean every pair of glasses you tried immediately in front of you face, like you are a virus carrier. I'm sick of this kind of service, I won't spend money to buy this kind of bad experience. I'd like to buy online.

............My shopping experience here...ended as soon as I read the 2 previous reviews. I can't stand people like that. I won't waste my time or money here, I can get it online and eliminate snotty people from the sale.

Dear Oakley Canada, Sunglass Hut, London Free Press, White Oaks Mall management, Better Business Bureau I am writing to inform you of an incident that happened to me in the Sunglass Hut store in White Oaks Mall London Ontario. I am a collector of Oakley sunglasses watches, accessories etc. On Nov. 7 at about 7 pm I entered the store look to see if there was any new Oakley sunglasses that would interest me. After spending $35.00 in Wallmart, a drink at a juice store. As I walked into the store (which only had 1 glass door open of the 2) I was immediately stopped by the store manager (I believe her name is Cecile) and told I wasn’t allowed in. I smiled and thought she was joking. She informed me again in a very ignorant voice that she was serious. I could not believe it since I have spent lots of money in that store. She then implied by saying I haven’t purchased anything from her that I was a thief. I even informed her that I know past managers that could vouch for me and named Walt (manager to the Sunglass Hut at Masonville mall London.) She stated “so what buy from him”. I then said I have purchased from many managers in that store and I mentioned the name of Danica to her. She snidely said “she hasn’t worked here for about six years”. I left and called Walt and explained it to him. He gave me the 1800 number to Sunglass Hut. At that point I informed her that I was going to call them and complain as well as to mall management, Oakley Canada. From that point I went to the information booth and spoke to the girl there and received a card for the mall manager. Next I went to the security office and informed them. On my return in through the mall I met the security and told them. They informed me that Cecile had banned me from the store. I am in White Oaks mall nearly every day for lunch which I purchase there. Manchu wok, Pizza Pizza, Burban street Grill, A&W. New York fries etc. I know most of the mall staff in maintenance and cleaning. I am not a thief, nor a criminal. I am a 50 year old man, who runs my own automotive repair shop. I teach over 600 kids ranging from 6 to adult every 11 weeks power skating and over 200 adults every 11 weeks. Her kicking me out was likely seen by people and those people could easily have known me. This manager has now made me feel like a thief and a criminal. As I have been kicked out of the store for no reason I would like to discuss this matter farther with the district rep to Sunglass Hut and Mall management. Oakley Canada, Better Business Bureau and maybe the media.
