They deserve zero stars! The Only thing good about this place is the doctor. The staff are incompetent. I went in to order safety glasses on a Saturday and by the following Friday I received a phone call from them asking me to come back in to re-choose my frames and provide the same information I did on the first visit. So instead of waiting two weeks for my much needed glasses for work I was out another week because they forgot to write down the information I provided. On top of that the staff was rude. I was wearing a hat and instead of asking me to please remove my hat, she motioned at me with her fingers as if I were a dog. Poor costumer service and the staff lack the basic knowledge to process information.

From what I read I won’t go there

May 11, 2018
Called to make an appointment and a woman booked me in over the phone. She told me I’d get a call the night before as a reminder. When I didn’t get the call, I left a message with them trying to confirm the appointment. Not only did they never respond, but when I went in for my appointment, there was no doctor in and they said I hadn’t been scheduled at all. Extremely frustrating.

I would advise anyone looking for glasses etc not to go to this place, the optometrist was great not a probleme. The employees were brutal, my wife and I had our eyes examined and during the wait for each of us we were never adressed in any shape way or form as to further purcheses of eye wear. Not a hello nothing in fact we felt very unwelcomed. I would seriously avoid this store at any and all cost.
