The customer service is great tonight. I don't know the name of the sale associate that helped but female with dark hair. I was assisted around 7:30pm and I wanted a particular citizen watch but it was out of stock. However she recommended another type and discounts. I did not leave with a watch but I feel I will be back as a customer next time for my next watch. I don't know your name but I hope somehow you read this. :) Thank you for your great customer service.

Went for a new battery, new strap, and some repairs to my watch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a watch that works and looks like new. Excellent experience!

Always friendly staff with a large selection. Everytime we take a look at watches we are kindly approached and offered to view anything we desire.

Not worth buying from them. Bought a watch band AND the extended warranty. Pin on the strap broke. When I went in to get it repaired/replaced the moron behind the counter insisted that the watch had been sent out for 2 weeks to repair it and it would have to go for 2 weeks again. REALLY? To replace a PIN takes 2 weeks? Band pins should be ON HAND at all times. It's a 5 minute fix, at most, for a REAL watch shop.
