This is my second time here this year and I have to say that the new management is definitely better and have fixed a lot of the issues with this store. I came in today to get some new sunglasses for my trip and definitely found a huge difference in customer service compared to when I came in for my glasses earlier this year. The salesperson was super helpful and really made my purchase a much easier experience than I thought it would be. I spoke to the new manager and told her about my earlier experience and she said I wasn't the first one to complain. If my experience is the way this location is going to be from now on then I 100% recommend this place.

They have outstanding customer service, everyone is so nice and helpful! I went in looking for a new pair of glasses and left with a great deal the sales rep offered. They always have new sales and promotions, and the quality of products they have is amazing. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for high end frames.

Great, knowledgable staff. I was in and out quickly and had all my questions answered. I was very happy with my experience here.

I just left your Woodbine location, less than satisfied. My mother and I went to get her 2 pairs of glasses. While she was having her glasses fitted, I asked one of your staff members if they would be able to adjust the frames on my aviator sunglasses. She obliged and proceeded to take my glasses to the back. After several trips back and forth, each time making my glasses worse I might add, she returned and muttered, "You're going to hate me...". She then proceeded to pass me my sunglasses, now broken. I didn't have words. They glasses were a little warped from wear... but not broken when I entered the store. She said, "I spoke with my manager and we can offer you $50 off a new pair of sunglasses." I was stunned. My response was, "But I don't want a new pair of glasses...". She then asked me if they were prescription, and i replied no. She then said "oh.. well we can't offer you the discount then..." So, to summarize: I arrived at the store with unbroken glasses, the worker broke them, and they were going to send me home with broken glasses. I was obviously not happy. She then went to speak with her manager again and came back with the resolution that they would "skirt the system" (her words) and offer us $50 off my mothers bill, so that I could only pay $150 for a new pair of sunglasses. This trip to LensCrafters was getting expensive, especially for a pair of glasses that I didn't break. She proceeded to tell me that if my glasses were newer, they would have offered me a pair of replacement glasses for free. I'm not sure what the age of my sunglasses has to do with the fact that she broke my perfectly fine sunglasses... How did this trip to LensCrafters end? With my mother receiving $50 off her bill and me leaving with a broken pair of glasses. I await your reply because this truly can't be the way that you treat people. It is no way to run a company. The funniest part? I'm a Content Manager for a Digital Marketing agency. I know all about reputation management..

I unfortunately bought a pair of glasses at this location a while back and when I picked them up the lenses were distorted. The center of the lens seemed okay but if I looked left or right it was blurry. I couldn't believe it. The lady there told me it was because I have astigmatism and I would just need to get used to them. Well that was absolutely ridiculous. The eye doctor told me the astigmatism was very minor. I also noticed that the technician who made the lenses had an attitude problem so it didn't surprise me that the lenses he made were so screwed up. I kept wearing my old glasses until I could go back to the eye doctor to get things resolved. He confirmed that the lenses were screwed up so the Lenscrafters in the Woodbine Centre sent my glasses to another location to have them made. What a joke.
