I appreciate Dr. Kimberley and the rest of the staff! They were very patient with me being a student who was looking to budget conservatively; in addition to being a new customer. The promotion was easily understood and Dr. Kimberley gave me personal opinion on style choice. By far the best customer service experience I've ever had. Her overall knowledge, awareness, and generosity is what made me feel at home. I'm glad to have found my new eyeglass company with such awesome doctor's!

This place is ridiculous. Like some other people said don’t waste your time. If you’re going to go to america’s Best DO NOT go to this location. I’ve been coming here for many years now and I’ve had so many problems. The staff is rude and the doctor had an attitude at my last exam because I wanted a trial pair until mine came in. They even gave me a wrong prescription for my contacts one time. I’m definitely changing locations or switching companies all around!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going to AMERICA's BEST since 2013, store location #5804, in Roseville, MI. Always positive experience there, happy with my glasses/contact lenses that I order. My original pair of glasses from 2013 are like "work horses" never broke, or stretched out, fall asleep in them watching TV, etc.,still best glasses I've ever purchased, I love them. The eye exam is always thorough. Associate Maria is very kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Maria has helped me several times since I've been going there. The office staff is very nice, and got me in for an exam, even without an appointment, and the wait time is not long at all, they get you in swiftly as possible, unless they're busy, you may have to wait a bit, but it's not an excessive wait time. Dr. Kim is very professional, he answers all your questions and concerns you may have, and does thorough eye exam. My follow-up exam was also good. I've been wearing glasses for 50+ years, and always leave satisfied with my eye exams, new glasses and contact's from AMERICA's BEST. I'd say AMERICA's BEST is great compared to other eye center's I've been to, and I've been to MANY over the years, as I've worn glasses since age 10. I would recommend this AMERICA's BEST location to everyone. They are reasonably priced too !! I don't understand all these negative post's I've read here, petty stuff. I've NEVER ever had a bad experience here at this Roseville, MI location. PLUS, they have a great selection of frames to choose from !!

6 Months ago I needed new glasses.Well the deal was 2 pairs and a free eye exam. I wanted the same perscription my old ones had, but wanted the deal for the glasses. I told them I want the same perscription. ONLY thing I wanted changed was the lens changed from plastic to glass, paid a lot more money for the glass. Got them in and day 1 I complained about them, they glasses had me feeling bugged eyed like a frog with a slight foggy/haze issue, the lady cleaned them like 10 times, they told me to use them for a while and let my eyes adjust to them and they would work with me if there was still a problem. Well the end of 30 days was near and it seems my eyes were adjusting slightly to them, but still wasnt right, so i figured I would use them for a bit longer. 4 months later when I was talking to a customer, the glass lens dropped out. Picked up the screw and then I happened to look there were multple screws on the ground, the other lens lost its screws too. I was so busy with work, I didnt have time to go back. So I used the 2nd pair, the haze was like 3 times worse then the other pair. So I went back to the eye glass place and they told me there was nothing they could do cause it was outside the 30 day warranty period. I was like you guys told me to use them for a while, she said yes within the warranty period. And I was like why didnt you fix them when I complained from day 1??? Bottom line they decided to shift blame to me and offered to give me another eye exam and 20% off glasses. I told them I was gonna pass, because they didnt LISTEN TO A GOD DAM THING I SAID THE WHOLE TIME From the START! My eyes HURT for hours after taking the glases off and my vision seems worse then ever. This COMPANY IS VERY VERY BAD AND DONT TREAT PEOPLE AS PEOPLE, BUT AS CONVEYOR LINE OF CASH with Zero accountability on their end

This is by far the worst eye glass contact place I have ever dealt with. The Doctor had my prescription wrong. Another Doctor corrected it. They left the wrong information in the computer. So Every time I need contacts it's the run around. They did not honer the 2 year examination. Run as fast as you are able.
