The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and professional. We continue to come to this location because of the quality of service we receive. The management at the store is always ready to work with you if any problems arise.

Although I will agree with others on here that the Dr. Is somewhat snarky and a bit condescending, the staff was attentive and courteous. I was asked medical history questions and given an exam. I have a follow up appointment in a week for my trial contacts. The frames are reasonable it's just that you will spend $$$$ on the lens prescription. Ne stern in what you want or they will steer you towards what they want you to have.

they were AMAZING!!!! My sister broke her glasses and was panicking because no one in the area was able to fix them, they were able to get us in same day and Derek in he lab went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make her a new pair and ensured proper fit. They were so compassionate, patient and kind with her. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

Spent a lot of money for a pair of glasses, frame cracked before 1 year. I went back to lenscrafters about the frame and was told they are only guaranteed for 30 days....really?! 30 days? This isn't a 2 pair for 69.00 deal they are costly. The short warranty on the frame suggests lens crafters has no confidence in the quality of their product. I was told I should have purchased the protection plan.....no! I should have purchased from a higher quality source. BTW I am elderly and have been very careful handling the glasses. I will be looking elsewhere in the future and so should you.

When I came in they tried to upsell me an extra test. I said no, the doctor did it anyway in the room. I didn't know until I got to check out and they told me my total. Of course the doctor had slipped out conveniently. They offered me a discount but refused to take the test I had refused off my bill. I believe they took half of it off and I had to pay for the other half. Staff rude, doctor and staff very shady in practice. Overpriced frames cost 10-20% of the listed price.
